REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds/replacements are offered when: you received the wrong product; the product arrived damaged or spoiled due to our packaging/delivery failure; or the product did not meet halal certification standards as described.
To request a refund: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description — via meatohub.store.
Not eligible for refunds: Change of mind after dispatch; spoilage from improper storage after delivery; unattended deliveries left without refrigeration.
